Referred to Frank by my son in law who used him a year ago. I attempted to change the handle mechanism on my security door. Purchased the parts from a locksmith shop. Upon finishing the project I realised door wouldn’t lock. Attempted everything, still not working. Called frank to come out. He explained and ran me through the process over about 10 mins without him calling out. Lock finally worked. What a gentleman, honest and very patient with me.
